I received a termination invoice from Yuno. What are my options now?

If you've received a termination invoice from Yuno, your options include: (1) pay the amount stated on the invoice in full by the payment deadline, or (2) return the product to us within the same time frame. In this case, we will provide you with a free return label and consider offsetting the respective residual value against the amount invoiced here as a gesture of goodwill. If we do not hear from you again by the specified payment deadline, we will unfortunately be forced to pass the amounts on to a company commissioned with debt collection. Please help us prevent this.
