Return the product with the following simple three steps: (1) Request a return label at hello@yuno.ch. (2) Do a complete reset of the device by following our instructions (Apple, Samsung, Google). If you have a device from another brand, we recommend doing a quick online research on how to reset it. (3) Put the product and all accessories back into the original packaging and hand it over to the post.
