Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to continue the existing rental, even if you pay all outstanding amounts. We would ask you to either pay the amount stated on the invoice in full by the payment deadline or return the product to us within the same time frame. In this case, we will provide you with a free return label and consider offsetting the respective residual value against the amount invoiced here as a gesture of goodwill.
